Manual Therapy

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a natural treatment performed by trained physical therapist, certified in the procedure. A thin needle penetrates the skin and treats underlying muscular trigger points for pain management and limited mobility. This quick procedure release muscle tension and knots.

Myofascial Release & MASSAGE
Myofascial Release is a type of physical therapy often used to treat chronic pain from tightness and sensitivity in tissues. Some refer to these as "trigger points".
Myofascial release & Massage focuses on easing this pain inducing tension and tightness around the trigger points, increasing joint mobility.
It can be difficult to find the source of localized pain, thus using this treatment over a broader area of muscle and tissue.

Some injuries limit mobility that simply visiting a physical therapist is a risk of further injury. We understand this and offer at home service and consultation for the Montreal area. We can connect with you immediately after the injury to give tips and any advice to prevent further injury and speed the process with an active recovery for those extreme and highly sensitive injuries such as knee and back injury.
